We are committed to managing personal information in an open and transparent way.We collect personal information from you and about you as part of our advisory role. This may involve asking you for information, as well as requesting information from third parties such as your super fund.
Any personal information we hold is stored securely, either in hard copy or electronically.

Some business data may be stored electronically and backed up using cloud based IT infrastructure, which may involve overseas data centres. While we cannot guarantee which countries this infrastructure may be located in, we are happy to investigate and advise if required.

The Privacy Act provides for anonymity and the use of pseudonyms, however it is not practical for us to deliver services to you without knowing who you are.
We only collect information necessary to deliver our services to you.

We do not adopt, use or disclose government related identifiers unless required to deliver our services and communicate with a government department or agency.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information we collect is accurate, up to date and complete.
We store personal information securely for as long as required to deliver our services.
Once no longer needed, we will securely destroy it or return it to you or your authorised representative.
You may request access to personal information we hold about you unless an exception applies.
